A lot of people in this country want to 'bring it back' even though the place in Nevada was rejected for storage. Use that place anyway, find another, what? And the plants have a limited life due to radiation problems anyway.

China had a lot of mountains and wastes in the west to potentially store theirs, but would they ever accept spent waste from other nations? I doubt that's be eager to accept Japan's, even if they were paid..
