the kids have adequate insurance on their mountain home. It has probably doubled in value since they bought it a few years ago. They are nestled in the woods... always conscious of fire hazards.

So far we have had some beautiful weather this spring, grass is green and garden growing...but now it is getting hot and humid. A very long tornado season this year, too.
