First measures hands converse back and forth.
Every time you see a rest in RH, LH plays there.

When it develops into fairly easy chords, LH plays 5-1 octaves. Easy

Play RH alone. Practice until proficient- NOT FAST.
Do same with LH. Then put them together knowing RH rests are LH notes.
