Speaking of food... I made steak fajitas tonight, topped with pico, sour cream and guac. So good! Harvested some tomatoes and peppers yesterday, and some onions a few days ago. Used a ribeye steak, about 1 pound, really easy to cut up. One recipe I saw used a little pineapple juice and some Worchestershire sauce in the marinade, which sounded interesting, but I didn't have pineapple juice. The marinade I made was still excellent... and the pico! Also harvested some blackberries from our bushes to make a cobbler.
