Saw a doe in our yard earlier today munching on our blackberries. Pretty bold for a deer to be that close to the house in broad daylight. I thought, maybe SHE is Bambi’s mum, and he inherited her boldness!

Then this evening, hubby saw a doe with three little ones out in the back field, and he took some pix. Might be the same momma I saw a few days ago with two little ones that were running and frolicking all over the place early in the morning. That was the same morning I saw the other smaller one come out from the woods just briefly. He was not so energetic and seemed to be alone. Maybe he got adopted?! They will do that sometimes!
