If she is truly mentally ill, she should be treated in a cuckoo shack rather than prosecuted. Anyone who may have prompted her to make a false report, if that even happened, should be investigated and prosecuted if there's substance to the charges.

If she personally plotted it for political gain, SHE should face charges.
