He has no foresight, no wisdom, no balls, and no honor. He just goes with the flow, until he sees a possible squall, then yells for everyone to get to battkeststions before quietly surrendering because he's lost his nerve.

I don't know if he's always been this way, but I do know that he's unable to play hardball when necessary and a wimp the second the cameras are off.
