Occurs to me if most voters vote by mail or drop box, that circumvents vote by machine or need to seize machines.
Since machines are used in precincts, where election judges compare signatures with those when the voter registered, likelihood of fraud is even less. Since about 1980, < 100 cases of election fraud occurred. All were republicans attempting to vote for a dead spouse or relative.
