The data centers being built to support it are the largest consumers of energy by far, and we don't have the fuel to support it. All of us will be subsidizing and supporting our data centers with the rise in utility costs we pay to offset the data center consumption. Can't say how thrilled I am to be paying some billionaire tech bro's utility cost shortfall.
