The transitions to computers, cellphones and the Internet have been bad enough. AI, from what I know of it, seems like a huge threat. The potential for abuse - especially by increasing numbers of highly partisan and authoritarian governments - seems almost endless.

Even the Republicans act worried. What more can I say?!
