He's so bent about his fallen popularity that he thinks a slammin' ad campaign touting all of his (false) accomplishments will help him stay on top.

Even though he will wind up being investigated at length when/if the DEMs win, instead of promoting the candidates who could stop it IF they win, he figures that forcing obvious lies upon the electorate, it will save him.

If there was any doubt that the lights are on, but nobody's home, there no doubt now!

DEMs are lickin' their chops over this.
