You can see the spray from far away, too, not sure how far about the noise.

We were there when the water level was rather high, so we couldn’t go out to those pools where people can actually look over the falls from the top. The helicopter ride was amazing. Since we were first in line, I got to sit up front with the pilot. Got some great pics. But no, we didn’t get soaked.

Also got one of my favorite souvenirs while there… my rhino travel bag I call it… made of leather and canvas with rhinos on it. It’s the perfect size for traveling… have had so many compliments on it, and haven’t seen another one like it. It’s like a large purse with a sturdy shoulder strap and a zipper top.
