in designing and creating the forum plus literally YEARS of our history preserved over there, I am a bit sad that it is all going to melt down soon...

But I really don't bother with it much anymore either so my old "high hopes" of having a one stop shop for whaever interests folks and multiple individual boards run by others in our group of refugees are long gone after a slow, drawn out death.

It's actually really good now knowing that our group has made so much progress that we no longer need the forum that, let's face it, became just the Back Alley for when things burned our butts and we needed to vent.

It had its moments. LOL. The 2 biggest whiners about its existence could never just stop reading everything over there and taking it home to their own nests or furiously copying it all as if was sacred or something.

So long poor, barely used forum. It wasn't your fault you weren't popular, LOL, you couldn't display nested responses like we are all used to. Everything was piled into o e long dialogue that often got disjointed when lots of different things were going on at once.

Oh well. At least this board works the way we want it and we are content here now.
