Yeah I'm still hiking. Cost of getting there is becoming limiting and may become prohibitive.

Don't know what to say about the breath control. Doesn't seem to be a big deal to me.
When I pause, it is for thinking ahead, not shortness of breath. I speak slowly with articulation, or at least I try.
