Another SCOTUS overhaul is to prohibit either party from creating a political majority like the current 6-3. Perhaps have BOTH parties nominate a candidate and then let the best candidate win in a democratically managed process. IMO a convicted felon should not be allowed to appoint any justices anywhere, and if the crimes were committed before a presidency began, then his appointments are voided. Most felons can't vote. Why give one control over justice?

Today by a 6-3 felony decision, SCOTUS reestablished felon trump's efforts to obtain state voter rolls IN SPITE OF THE FACT 34 STATES SUED TO BLOCK THAT AND TRUMP WAS 0-34!
Trump corrupted SCOTUS along with Moscow Mitch whose interest was exclusively Republican and the Authoritarian Fascist when felon trump was elected.
Trump is interfering with the 2016 elections as much as he can and more. More because many of his intentions are illegal. Like the above.
