What he's done to otherwise decent undocumented immigrants, innocent Iranians including children, and to legally presumed innocent Argentinian fishermen is criminal enough! Those numbers are sufficient enough to convict him of crimes against humanity without adding hundreds of thousands of poor Americans dependent on social safety nets to survive.

If he isn't prosecuted both nationally and internationally, then those unfortunates who paid with their lives will never get any justice at all!

It is a given that trump will forever be regarded as "highly" as Hitler, but if he pays NO PRICE at all during his lifetime, then he will escape a major component of Justice.

He MUST KNOW how reviled and hated he is before he leaves this realm. Profound, public humiliation and fully knowing & understanding the depths of the "loser status" he owns and that his MAGA crowd has disowned him will satisfy as punishment for such a profoundly needy human. Incarceration will just be gravy. Incarceration ALONE will allow him to claim victimhood and allow him to be seen as a martyr instead of as an evil loser.

Then, every single elected official who didn't condemn his outrageous and illegal behavior along with every complicit m/billionaire or leader of MAGA corruption must be prosecuted and punished to send the message to them and all of the world that trump & complicit individuals DO NOT REPRESENT AMERICA and NEVER DID!
