Several posters repeatedly paste giant links into their posts that mess up spacing and size for others reading your posts.
So, instead of pasting your link directly into the text box where it can significantly expand the width of your post and end up with tiny text for your post because of gigantic links,
LOOK BELOW the text box to where you can see the optional boxes. (Shown in pix below with lines pointing at them).
FIRST paste your link into the lowest box (Optional link) MAKE SURE you first delete the "http://" already in the box (as shown) so it doesn't mess up your link with two http:// in the box.
THEN, in the middle box, (Optional link title) type in a short title (such as "LINK" or "LINK to article" or a SHORT name describing the link).
THEN choose the space where you want it to be and THEN CLICK ADD (found next to the box). The software will take care of the HTML for you.
If you don't see the word ADD, you can scroll up to the 3 dots on right side TOP of page and choose desktop site or mode so that ADD appears. If you cant find that or simply don't want to, it's fine. The link will still appear but at the very bottom right of your post, properly configured and visible.
ALWAYS USE THE PREVIEW OPTION TO SEE HOW YOUR POST WILL LOOK!
I encourage you to use this feature because it is quite obnoxious constantly having to either scroll sideways on every line to read a post or to reduce the text to tiny size to accommodate the width of your link.
Very FEW links are small enough on their own to keep posts withing reasonable reading parameters, especially on a phone, so please check it out?
TIA!
