‘You Have No Rights, You’re a Migo’: Teenage U.S. Citizen Secretly Recorded His ICE Arrest Kathryn Wilken
Kenny Laynez-Ambrosio, an 18-year-old American citizen, secretly recorded his violent ICE arrest in May, capturing officers declaring he has “no rights, you’re a migo brother,” as his friends were pinned to the ground, choked, and tasered.
The incident took place on May 2 in North Palm Beach, when Laynez-Ambrosio and two friends were pulled over while his mother was driving. A routine traffic stop over a suspended license quickly escalated after local police called Border Patrol.
Though Laynez-Ambrosio repeatedly stated he was a citizen and provided identification, his two friends were undocumented. Agents dragged one friend out of the van, slammed him to the ground, and deployed a stun gun on his back. The other friend was put in a chokehold after the officer “popped the door open.”
Laynez-Ambrosio was pushed to the ground and had a stun gun aimed at him. He was subsequently held in a cell at a Customs and Border Protection station for 6 hours, later being charged with obstruction without violence and sentenced to 10 hours of community service and a four-hour anger management course.
He claims his friends were not trying to resist, but rather spoke only Spanish and couldn’t understand the agent’s request. He believes his two friends have been released on bail and are awaiting their court hearings, but says it’s been “difficult to stay in touch with them.”
“They’re starting to resist more now,” one officer can be heard saying in the video, to which another responds, “We’re going to end up shooting some of them.”
Celebratory exclaimations from agents can also be heard, as well as talk of a potential “$30,000 bonus.” Notably, President Donald Trump’s recent Big Beautiful Bill reserves $170 billion to support the administration’s immigration policy.ChristopherBlackwell
Awkward when they catch the cops telling the truth
Absolutely unacceptable behavior towards both citizens and undocumented immigrants.
It shouldn't be "joyful" to harm other human beings or to be violent during arrests. It is not legal by police or by ICE. It has to stop. People shouldn't have to fear life and limb when encountering law enforcement. That is intolerable behavior.
Of course MAGAt and their masters LOVE it,, so itvwill continue for as long as they are in power.
The Criminal in Chief is still aiding and abetting war criminals abroad while disappearing people from the streets here and also jamming, ignoring and defying court orders here at home... while everyone is mostly focused on the Epstein case.... while Rome burns.
I hope we can use Epstein to disgrace him and take him down

Otherwise it's only going to get more violent, I fear.-greenman
It shouldn't be that hard to do. After all, he basically told Howard Stern in 2006 that he had no age limit for banging young girls, but that he wouldn't want "to be like Congressman Foley, with, you know, 12-year-olds.”
"Here’s What Trump Told Howard Stern in 2006 When Asked About His Minimum Sexual Age Limit The interview resurfaces days after a Wall Street Journal report on Trump’s ties to Jeffrey Epstein
Donald Trump gave a startlingly low number when asked if he had a sexual “age limit” during a now-resurfaced interview with Howard Stern.
Trump has been under heightened scrutiny in the weeks since the DOJ and FBI released a memo that, despite previous statements, there was no evidence of a client list from Jeffrey Epstein existed. This led many conspiracy theorists convinced of the list’s existence to assume Trump has to be on it. With this closer examination into the president’s past statements, an unearthed interview on “The Howard Stern Show” certainly paints more questions for Trump.
“Do you think you could now be banging 24-year-olds,” Stern asked in the 2006 interview.
“Oh, absolutely,” Trump responded “I have no trouble.”
“Would you do it” Stern clarified.
“I have no problem,” the future president said.
Stern’s co-host Robin Quivers then asked, “do you have an age limit or would you…”
“If I- No, no, I have no age–. I mean, I have an age li…” Trump replied.
Then, when asked to provide his “upper bracket,” Trump said, “I don’t want to be like Congressman Foley, with, you know, 12-year-olds.”
Trump was referring to disgraced former Florida Republican Congressman Mark Foley. His political career was destroyed in 2006 after it came out that he had sent sexually suggestive emails and instant messages to several teenage boys he had met when they were congressional pages. The revelations kicked off a major scandal for Republicans just before the 2006 election, and Foley was forced to resign from congress on September, 2006.
However, he was ultimately never charged with any crime. Meanwhile, the minimum age to become a congressional page is 16. Foley was never accused of sending sexually explicit messages to anyone younger, contrary to Trump’s baseless claim in his interview with Stern. Read more here.
Trump’s appearance on “The Howard Stern Show” was resurfaced days after the Wall Street Journal published the content of a note Trump wrote for Epstein’s 50th birthday in 2003 consisting of “several lines of typewritten text framed by the outline of a naked woman, which appears to be hand-drawn with a heavy marker.” The message also included an imaginary conversation between the two. According to WSJ, a portion read.
Donald: We have certain things in common, Jeffrey.
Jeffrey: Yes, we do, come to think of it.
Donald: Enigmas never age, have you noticed that?
The message ended with, “may every day be another wonderful secret.”
Following the story’s release, Trump filed a $10 billion libel lawsuit."
