The firing felon loves to fire people. He bragged about firing the work crew who allegedly cracked his limestone that replaced the Rose Garden.
Any GOOD manager or administrator knows firing people is expensive. Productivity is at a standstill until a replacement is hired, and even if competent, it takes a while for him to learn the job and be as proficient and productive as the employee fired.
Most fired government workers were specialists. You can't replace them with any Tom or Harry Dick off the street.
Firing people is one reason the felon went bankrupt six times.
He is a pisspoor businessman. His ideas are stupid at best, and idiotic the rest of the time. He does little work himself, and is quick to fire anyone not performing to the ideal he wants.
He lies about anything and everything. Any business built on a foundation of lies, fails. You can look away from a painting, but you can't listen away from a symphony
