legal requirements for eligibility to run for POTUS, VPOTUS, and other top leadership positions:
No one who has been convicted of a crime may run.
Must pass a background check (goes hand in hand with the above requirement).
Must not only be physically healthy enough to handle the stress and demands of the office, but cognitively fit as well. That means proper physical and mental evals.
Age limits - there is a minimum age, why not a maximum age?
While I get the right to privacy, when one runs for office, a certain amount of 'invasion' of privacy must be accepted. After all, We the People have a right to know who it is that is running and how qualified said person is for office. Don't want to release that kind of info? Don't run.
Be the change. . .
Sweeping reforms IF we survive this and Democrats take control
For starters, term limits for SCOTUS justices, avenues for impeachmentdue to poor or partisan deciions.
THIS SCOTUS will be remembered for possibly the ten worst SCOTUS decisions in US history.
For starters, a blind selection process so interviewers don't know the candidate's politics. You can look away from a painting, but you can't listen away from a symphony

Excellent! There is too much 'you do this for me and I'll do that for you' going on. Qualifications should determine eligibility, not cronyism. Be the change. . .
