As in, gimme the zapper. Who's got the zapper? and so on. Zappers belong on an easily reached side table, not hogged by anyone. Although, admittedly, I see lotsa hogging by hiding in pockets or underneath stuff by would-be TV nazis. From what I've heard, that's not exactly common amongst others. But who knows? Maybe it'll catch on someday?

Watchoo call a TV channel changer? " LOL. She finally stopped after dropping it into the toilet and us being without for a week waiting for a new one. That's when she got a taste of old fashioned TV watching. Getting up to change channels. When I worked in marketing and advertising, I learned quickly about being careful watchoo wish for. TV zappers made life so much more interesting and difficult for TV station programmers to market new shows bysandwichingthem in-between hits once customers could quickly and easily switch stations. Ditto on demand programming that eliminated ads. Why watch network TV when ad free was available. Oh well, I digress. Flangers are good doobies!

I knew it could've been a lot of things.. RESIST!

I did similar. My second was TAKER. I had considered TAPER to get the Posted by Sia on November 19, 2025, 10:29 am, in reply to "I guessed that combination" ADMIN T and P that I usually get from POUTY, but my fingers chose TAKER, so I left it. Then, there was BAKER, MAKER, FAKER for the most common options remaining. Something made me go for MAKER first. Just lucky, I guess? Funny how instinct often wins the day while overthinking sometimes makes me choose wrong.

YIKES!! Any other type of answer woulda likely been a Two-Fer with that start! I got freakin' LUCKY that I hit the right combo right away, otherwise I woulda been right with ya!

That's one reason I like to start with an ER on the end of the first word, because there are too many words that it could be, and you can burn through the letters so easily.
