He is an immature, childish bully who has zero control over his big, fat feelings and still pitches temper tantrums, just like the average two year old.
However, the two year old can be spanked (which he apparently LOVES according to Stormy Daniels), as well as carried to their crib for a time out to remove them from getting any attention for it. They can be taught to simmer down by holding them very tightly, rocking them, and speaking very quietly to guide them by using slow breathing techniques and redirection to help them learn to control their angry outbursts BEFOREHe it turns into a full blown tantrum. IOW, taught how to be in better control of themselves.
trump throws food at the white house walls, screams obscenities at everyone around him, turns red and purple in his fury (according to former insiders), plots sadistic revenge, and demands that others follow through with illegal, unethical, and just plain STUPID attacks on his enemies.
He isn't even ashamed of what a bumbling simp he is. He just forces insiders in the white house to sign NDA's and sues them if they spill it.
None of this crap he's doing to attack his perceived enemies is new! No one beats his record of attacking, harassing, and suing anyone who crosses him. But NOW he has the power of the white house, IRS, and justice department to do more.
Did you know that he sicced the IRS on all of the people he's screamed about since 2017 and "enemies" from his previous life? IRS agents have complained and quit over it since then.
There is NOTHING he won't do to get even with anyone who crosses him. His former wives have had plenty to say about that before he shut them up too with lawsuits based on NDAs he made them sign when they began dating and large yearly payments that he'd cut off if they talk. That's why he chooses immigrants and relatively poor victims to marry and screw around with.
Like every bully, he's terrified of anyone bigger, richer, more powerful, or who stands up to him. So he gets other people to hurt them. Like Michael Cohen in the past and now the full force of the U.S. government.
I just hope that somehow, when he's finally gone, that Congress rewrites the laws about how the POTUS can control the levers of power and makes it a CRIME for anyone to do the crap he's done with our government.
The "gentleman's agreement" that the founders depended on controlling the chief executive has completely fallen into disrepair with the scoundrels who've abused it. Nixon first, but even he had limitations. This guy proves that we need laws about how the POTUS can interect with the agencies he directs and laws about reasonable qualifications before congress will even vote on nominations.
ENOUGH is enough! Fix it so THIS can never happen again.

I'm just chillin' on the couch with a heating pad. Can't do much else right now. So veggin' out on Star Wars toons and occasionally popping in to peek here to see if there's anything I might like to add to.
In essence, involuntarily chillin' out and then drowning in my sporadic garrulity while getting carried away with outrage or just chittering because I'm bored.
