Facing an imminent district court decision that could halt construction on President Donald Trump’s $400 million White House ballroom project, Department of Justice lawyers are now indicating that they will appeal any adverse decision by arguing that the proposed ballroom has “national security implications.” “If the Court ultimately enjoins the East Wing Modernization and State Ballroom Project,” the Trump administration would “immediately appeal that order,” Justice Department lawyers said in a court filing on Monday. “Given the exigencies involved in suspending a major ongoing construction project with national security implications, Defendants are filing this motion in advance of any ruling, to avoid an emergency situation or at least to facilitate expedited proceedings on appeal.” The administration claimed that building a permanent space for large events would increase security.

The number of MAGA Americans who continue to believe Trump's lies are part of that national security matter. They however, are too stupid to know better. Trump, who knows better, and knows how to manipulate them through his alleged "devotion" to God, uses them like the fools they are.
My MAGA church fellow said,
"One God, one president, one party! Trump 2028, 2032, Vance 2036, 2040, Rubio 2044, 2048, and Miller 2052, 2056" is representative of millions of them.
I said to him, "How selfish of you. Many people including me do not support this man, his policy or his party at this time. Should we have to live our entire lives under such rule and authority? That is not the Christian way! Politics has NO place in the church, and churches have NO place in politics. That is why the Founding Fathers separated church and state."
He said America would be better off if it believed in the Bible and God.
I said,
"How do you know people don't? You are not to judge this. These are not Christian beliefs! They are YOURS, and we should not live under rules of a king, or anyone else. We have a choice where, what, who, and how to worship. No one person dictates where or how that should be."
I made him very angry, and he stopped conversing with me. Did I plant a seed? Time will tell, but I doubt he will change.
His demeanor is similar to what Germany faced in repatriation of common man Nazis after WWII. The effort was not 100% successful, and in recent years neoNazi movements sprang up, rooted in among many things, denial of the Holocaust.
Trump is already spreading lies in denial of the free and fair election process, and the Insurrection. Indeed through ICE he has spread the cause of that insurrection into many states with intent to secure his grip on power indefinitely.
We are in deeper trouble than we think, because of the tie made to religion and especially Rich Men's Prospertiy Ministry Christianity.
Trump is more evil than many people CAN imagine, and that's why he manipulates and hides complete release of the Epstein Files. You can look away from a painting, but you can't listen away from a symphony
..that not only can religion not combine with democratic politics, but no actual Christian can support Trump. It would be an absolute violation of those beliefs, if sincere. RESIST!

How can anyone be or support someone who is so dishonest, selfish and meanspirited and call themselves Christian? Just the opposite of what Christianity is purported to be...
