I asked him to evaluate other POTUS with this same AI tool and criteria. Then we could have a really factual, unbiased comparison. Who do you think will step up to replenish it? The oligarchs? Not likely. Russia has less than half the economic output as California. That could change of course, and likely will if these criminals and thieves are not stopped.
