Proponents of the amendment want to make it a partisan process... with billionaires apparently wanting to buy the 'justice' system. ADMIN Being able to BUY seats is so far from Justice or equality that it REEKS! If they succeed, then we, the people NEED to pool our money to buy them back! Or at least meet them so expensive that the rich spend enormous sums, reducing their ability to buy more. This whole idea totally SUCKS!

There had never been Party listings next to Supreme Court candidates here until a few elections back, when Repubs put them on it. Inmediately Repubs took over the Court, as the 'vote Red' Repubs all voted for their own. Disastrous. Destroyed the attempt to end gerrymandering in Ohio. If Repubs don't cheat, they can't win! SAY ‘NO’ TO WAR! RESIST!

And they only get that power after lying, tainting and buying elections.
