They’ve turned into xenophobes who are against diversity and equality.

Obviously, her homeschooling wasnt helpful to her" Valued Poster It's almost as if, when a parent pulls their kid(s) from the schools and vows to 'homeschool them,' that means 'I don't want them to be educated.' Probably a few exceptions to that. Not many. In Finland, I believe you have to have a Masters in order to teach...just sayin'. SAY ‘NO’ TO WAR! RESIST!

One of my oldest sisters homeschooling her youngest son for 3 years because Posted by Sia on July 16, 2026, 5:05 pm, in reply to "Amazing how often that is true." ADMIN he has learning difficulties. She has a masters in education though. Throughout, he was allowed to participate in field trips and sports with local school. After 3 years catching him up and teaching him tools to overcome his learning disabilities, she enrolled him back into public school and he did great! He is now a licensed pharmacist.

It probably is in states that dont require regular state assessments and standardized testing Posted by Sia on July 16, 2026, 7:20 pm, in reply to "That's a great example " ADMIN along with required filing of lesson plans with state administrators who also do the state & national testing. I know that other states have looser requirements though.
