There is an amendment up for election in Kansas in August (couldn't wait for the midterms)... that would fundamentally change the way their Supreme Court judges are selected... or 'paid for'... and it is cleverly and misleadingly framed as the 'voters' having the right to choose them. In actuality, partisan big money interests will likely be paying for and choosing them.
