I wish I had somebody to cook for

Lately, my insanity, which is getting obsessed with a certain activity. Like, for a while all I wanted to do was paint. Then I got on a yardwork kick. Now, I've been making bread, cookies, enchiladas, and so on. I was giving my neighbors shares. I freeze some in individual portions. Now the freezer is full and I can't afford to keep giving away food since Trump.

I'm going to have to find something else to do.

Through it all, I'm still obsessed with politics, but that is not something I can actually do more than I already am.

No more letting the DNC choose our candidates for public office.
They're not good at it.

Gardening? Photography? Birdwatching?

I recall your early paintings that you shared with us. Very colorful!

I've tried those too. Stuck with them for a while and lost interest.

because I never did well at gardening except when Mother was there to spread her magic green thumb around while she had a cane in one hand and a hoe in the other. Photography just bored me.

I don't like birds anymore because my favorite niece (born on my 20th bday) died of cryptoccol meningitis, which is be caused by bird droppings.

I wasn't really looking for suggestions, just wanted to whine a bit.
