Trump gave $45,000 cash gifts to Natalie Harp, the assistant who rarely leaves his side, and two other close aides
Harp, the president’s 35-year-old executive assistant, has come under increased scrutiny since The Washington Post reported last month that she was just one of a handful of close staffers who accompanied the president on a catering truck that transported him to a secret plane to depart Turkey.
The president also gave $45,000 to Margo Martin, a 31-year-old communications adviser who films his daily activities for social media, and Chamberlain Harris, a 26-year-old White House aide who was appointed to the Commission of Fine Arts, which has oversight of the president’s ballroom and other Washington-area construction projects.
He also gave Walt Nauta, his valet and co-conspiritor in the Mar-a-lago documents case.
(There is a much longer story in WaPo, but this synopsis says it all well enough to get the story.)

She could be the 1st? They all got it around the same time.

However, it is doubtful that they are the only ones, given who we are talking about. Likely it's a pattern with him in different sectors where the women didn’t have to report the "gifts" on federal forms covered by government oversight aside of the IRS who can't offer it up without a subpoena based on a legitimate need to know.
Government employees' records can be discovered via the Freedom of Information Act.
Plus, given the three current ones' personal stories, they probably bragged about it like the dimwits they are.
