If between the election 3 November 2026 and noon 3 January 2027, SOTH Mike Johnson fires or moves to fire the Secretary of the House, that will be the signal of their attempt to steal the election.

If that happens, Johnson can seat anyone he wants in that role, and it will almost certainly be an election denier sympathetic to GOP retention of the House and protection of Donald Trump.

That new Secretary of the House can and most likely will reject seating of the newly elected members, moving the House to appoint their own electors to fill those seats. It will be a quiet chaos and coup.

Almost immediately judges across the nation will implement and file a mandamus ruling to block the effort. Trump and his DoJ will appeal with intent to delay certification long enough for the case to be heard by SCOTUS.

Ask yourself this. If the GOP retained control of House and Senate, would this emergency be declared? It wasn't in 2024 when they won it all. Why is it this election fraud emergency only occurs when Republicans lose? When trump republicans lose?

In any case, it begins with Johnson's firing of the SOTH. SOTH fires SOTH.
