Mine is savory...no sweet pickle relish. I boil chicken thighs in salted water, pull off the bone and cut into small chunks, add diced onion, a diced boiled egg, a little dill weed, 1/2 tablespoon Dijon mustard, salt and pepper to taste, smoked paprika and mayo. Good stuff.
