I'm taking a wait and see approach. It's hard to feel bad about the religious extremists in Iran having their Nuke Program decimated. People like that don't need nukes.

Still, never underestimate the ability of the US Government to totally fuck things up, especially with foreign policy. I happen to have been alive long enough to clearly remember the foreign policy boondoggles the US Govt is famous for, some recent. How many times have we seen the people the so called experts would bestest friends turn out to be worse than the people we overthrew in their favor? How many times have we seen new powers given to the fed in the name of dealing with (fill in crisis here) abused or outright used against the citizenry?

I don't trust the US Govt, even under Donnie John. The fed is still infested with swampers who do not want Trump to succeed. Trump insists upon funding them anyway because he allegedly has no choice. So we'll see how that works out. Hopefully it all works out for the best. Hopefully things become more stable over there and everyone is at least doing their own thing instead of blowing the opposition up, though history isn't promising.

But I'll wait before making any judgements.
