Same. Had a very tight knit group during the wonder years. We still reunite and one of those friends I've had since I was five years old. I had a tricycle mishap and he carried me home bleeding - I was rolling down a steep hill I had been restricted from...so I was in deep doo when I arrived home. Still have the scar on my knee. We all were inseperable until our twenties. I had a FABULOUS childhood because of all of them. Would not change it.

I think maybe there is a difference between 'what' one does and 'who' one is. Maybe.
