At 6:30 here, 97 degrees with a heat index of 107. All of GA is under a heat index advisory thru Tuesday. Lots of people can't imagine but sometimes you can have trouble breathing and you can actually see wavy-looking 'heat waves' in the air in front of you. It drenches even the lightest clothing. Pretty bad stuff but at least it doesn't blow our homes away nor take our lives either, unless people refuse to heed the warnings. Bad stuff, though.
