Compliments for this pie recipe belong to COINS who shared it with JS who made a nice 'You Tube' video and posted it here for those who might be interested. I tweaked the recipe which ended up being not a good idea. I layered the peaches over the cream cheese filling then poured the gelatin/pudding mixture over them resulting in not being able to see the peaches. Live and learn.. Regardless, it's a great summer pie - very refreshing.
