I know that does sound a little bit like a catholic
interpretation of Christianity that would have
Jesus crying, but if they can make their policies
work there, maybe they can get the factions in
Jersey and on the Island to combine forces to
take over Manhattan n the corporate business
headquarters based there, as well as the many
numerous concession stands occupying the
street corners providing the basis for a shady
lucrative street economy.

It may be a business model which finally
brings peace to the region.
