It's not Newscum's Fascist Public Works CAHSR project from LA to San Fran, but the privately funded Brightline West High Speed Rail project from LA to Las Vegas is chugging right along.

Although the Brightline private funding is a private matter, that project has likely spent about $2.5 Billion and is about 1/3 complete. It will likely spend $10B before its completion in 2028. That compared to the $148 Billion CAHSR says it needs to finish. The corporate funds for construction for Brightline West are coming from earnings made by the corporate owned Florida Brightline High Speed Rail system.
