Philippene coast guard ship.

Why? No one knows. But the waters this happened in are disputed.

The Damage was as follows:

Chinese Naval Ship - Major Damage
Chinese Coast Guard Ship - Beyond Major Damage (Unseaworthy)
Philippene Coast Guard Ship - Undamaged
