True, but I hope they have homeowner's insurance, otherwise all that firewood is useless to them (unless they sell it.) There are people in our area who still have tarps on their roofs from last season's hurricane and I often drive by one house that was totalled by them There are 3 threes still on the roof. It's a rental property but the homeowner has no insurance on it. I was told he can't even afford to have the trees removed. I'll bet there are many in your area in the same boat...no homeowners and no funds to repair.
