I was tired and hungry so I put some fish sticks in the oven and they take 25 minutes to cook. I fell asleep and woke up to the blackest crispiest fish sticks ever made. I did not need to turn the heat on that morning needless to say. The oven ran for about 7 hours at 425. It has a default in it that it turns off automatically after 12 hours. I've cook pork butt before on the low and slow that required more than 12 hours of cooking, that's how I learned of that safety feature.
