I allow and feed 2 pigeons that are a couple, 3-5 doves and as many small birds that show up. After a couple of weeks other pigeons show up and that's when I take a one week break. I won't let more than two of those rats with wings hanging out on my roof creating a shit storm. A third pigeon showed up yesterday, so it is officially no feed time.

The birds show up when they hear the music which is almost every afternoon. I feed them bread or corn tortillas. In the summer, I toss out some seed, but that always attracts extra pigeons fast, so I do it sparingly. Time to head outside.
