It seems to be moving along slow, but I did pull the cabbage and onion from the fridge so it went in cold. The top round was browned on all sides first in the fry pan. The carrots will go in in about four hours in. I don't want them to get mushy soft. I'll shred the beef at around the 7 hour mark and put it back in with a McCormick brown gravy pack to thicken the liquid.
