I didn't. I took the picture just before I ate. I didn't post it (upload it) until the time shown. It sat in my Gallery in-between. I have had a very late dinner once or thrice during my lifetime but not that often.

It's a good recipe. I'm going to make it again for the family on their next visit but using boneless, skinless thighs instead. I just really prefer the dark meat. What I plan to do is buy the boneless thighs with skin on, then use the crispy skin to crumble over the top instead of bacon.
