I'm not saying these women hires are not intellectually smart, they would have to be, but that doesn't make them bullish enough to make the tough, precise, cut-throat decisions Trump expects of his Administrative staff. There is one I feel will last the duration and that is Susan Wiles, his Chief-of-Staff. She stays out of the jimelight and works with quiet fortitude, exactly what President Trump expects. Plus, she is older and wiser...and tough.
