Well if that doesn't beat all. I've seen 'how to's' and been given so many ways on 'how to' boil the perfect egg but have never seen or heard of this one. I boil eggs often so I'll try it next time. The part that really stands out to me is that you don't get that greenish outer layer around the yoke. Thanks Chef.
