I've had several of their Trackballs and was weaned on them. I still have a couple of old ones in the closet, but only for Right-handed. When I had to start using my Left hand, they didn't offer me an option, so I went with Elecom instead. Keyboards are pretty universal, with a few extra bells and whistles.

This thing seems pretty substantial.
