This is an excellent video, released about 1 month ago, that was on my Home Page this morning. As the man points out, the report is not about telling us not to eat at these fast-food places, but to educate us on exactly what we're eating so that we'll be able to make sound, educated choices about what we put into our bodies.

It's a little lengthy but really needs to be watched from start to finish to get the full info. about each restaurant. At the end of the video are 4 "safe" places to eat...a couple of them (Chipotle) are surprises but explanations are given for each. My take? Best to try to duplicate them from your own kitchen at home if possible. I very rarely eat at any of them. The last one was a fish sandwich and curly fries from Arby's last year.
