Six of them will be used for a small bowl of potato salad. The rest are going to be cut in half and cooked in a pot of green beans with a ham steak cut into chunks. It's a one-pot meal my mother made when we were kids. She'd also put a little bacon grease into the pot and made cast-iron cornbread to go with it. Umm-ummm good.
