Either Feta or Goat Cheese or a combo of both are good.. The Goat Cheese adds a creamy texture.

I've learned a lot about rice cookers. The ones that have the words MICO and Fuzzy in the description are the best. There are some MICO'S that have pretty good prices but when you add "Fuzzy" into the mix, the prices soar.
