That happens here, too. An item will be featured for a National store/grocery store/fast food restaurant, etc. but can't be found locally. It's very frustrating but if I want it badly enough, I'll track an employee down and ask or stop by Customer Service. At fast-food restaurants, I'm usually told they know nothing about that particular special, even though I saw it advertised on National TV. Go figure.
